Advice please, started my bodybuilding journey 2 months ago after becoming fat adapted for 3 months...

Advice please, started my bodybuilding journey 2 months ago after becoming fat adapted for 3 months. I can make it to the gym twice per week, once with a trainer. She recommends I do full body on each visit. If you could only go twice per week would you do full body each time or split it up? Or something else?

I do full body thrice weekly. Legs first, to maximize the increase in test and GH from the biggest muscle group, and piggyback on that for upper body.
That sounds reasonable but I would add in some lower rep higher weight work to start the session. Maybe 3x5 of squat and bench one day and 1x5 of deadlift 3x5 bentover rows the other day. You could do a 1 rep max on the big lifts about once a month to start the session instead if you like. Or maybe the wendler 5-3-1 program on top of your trainers program
