Weight loss, WW works! Good and bad days, sure
I started WW June 2019 with a goal to lose 20 lbs. At my height that goal still kept me as 'overweight' but I was trying to be realistic and desperate to get back to my pre baby weight. Now I'm 45 lbs down, I've been maintaining for about 3 months, and have decided to go ahead and shoot for the 'healthy' weight range for my height at 145/155 lbs for the new year.


I've went from a size 15/16 to a 2-4! I've never, ever been this size haha. WW works! Good and bad days, sure, but keep tracking and don't quit! Happy new year!
