Joan MacDonald 73 year,  Training
Today I am training back, chest, and arms. I am still working on chin-ups and they aren't quite perfect yet but I work to be better each time. I've learned that no matter the age you can continue to push yourself and smash your goals. My goal is being able to preform five beautiful unbroken chin-ups! Post your training goal below.
