Gyms closed, The Coronavirus situation is so scary!
The Coronavirus situation is so scary! They recently closed down all our schools in upstate New York until first her notice. So no teaching for me. It’s been really scary to head to the gym. Keep your hands and equipment clean!

1. Hip thrust- 185lbs (4x10)
2. Leg press- 135lbs (4x10)
3. Romanian deadlift- 50s (4x10)
4. Sumo squat- 50lbs (4x12)
5. Heel elevated squats-50lbs (4x8)
6. Glute pushdown- 90lbs (4x10) each leg
7. Glute cable kick backs- 50lbs (3x10)
