Why can't you build muscle by working out? You abuse belts and tapes
You don't have enough amplitude
You abuse belts and tapes :
If you do heavy squats, no problem, put on your weight belt and wrap your bands around your knees. On the other hand, using these accessories for the curl and bench press... come on, let's be serious!
Ligaments and tendons are more than capable of performing the same tasks as protective devices such as weightlifting belts and bandages. The only way to strengthen connective tissue is to stress it. The problem arises when belts and bands are constantly used. As a result, connective tissues are not subjected to the stresses they need to ensure optimal muscle support.

Solution: Just follow this simple rule. Set aside the various means of restraint for extremely heavy series at the squat, lifted from the ground, supported with squats and any exercise requiring more joint and abdominal stability than you would be able to provide without these accessories.
For everything else, the abs, back muscles and knee ligaments should do perfectly well, unless medically advised otherwise.
