Absolutely not... It can take several weeks of not eating before starvation... it is recommended to eat every 2-3 hours during your day in order to maintain fuel for your body to run optimally ... However the food that you consume can and will ha e a positive or negative effect depending what your eating ... It is also recommended that you properly hydrate if you plan doing any intermittent fasting and just fasting in general... however if you plan to burn body fat Remember no Fuel no fire ... Dont think obtaining calories or protein from your body will help you achieve that Goal ...


In fact, there's a lot of research out there in intermittent fasting is very good for you. That's not necessarily a long time. It could even be 15 hours or so and have some bone broth and water. There's more to it, but that's the gist, without getting into to much detail.
