The categories :
In each of these federations, there are several categories according to weight, height, age and also the type of musculature.
Example of categories for women:
Bikini, Fitness, Body Fitness, Bodybuilding, or for some competitions Figure, Miss Shape ...
To
 know that women fitness a routine is imposed, they must perform a 
choreography with acrobatic tricks, flexibility over a limited time of 
1min30 in general.
Example of categories for men:
Juniors, 1st
 steps, Men's fitness, seniors, veterans, semi pro, handi sport and in 
each of these categories athletes are classified by body weight for 
example: -70kg, -85kg, + 85kg, + 90kg .... but also +55 years old, - 55 
years old ...
For the posing men and women, in some competitions, 
they will have to make the four faces (face, right side, back, left 
side) in other competitions, different posing will be imposed to bring 
out the maximum of muscles such as (double frontal biceps, right and 
left triceps, double back biceps, thigh abs, calves and back, front and 
back).
