The next step is to design the ideal program for your body type and fitness goals, this is where a personal trainer would come in handy. A personal trainer can educate you about numbers of sets, training cycles, your specific body parts and how to train them.

The program you select.

There are a variety of programs one of those is the split training method, which means that the body is trained by the various muscles groups. Each muscle group is trained independently or with another muscle group and after all the groups have been trained the process is repeated. How often the cycle is repeated is determined by the shape you are in at the start and what your fitness goals are.
