Yes. I did. Continue with whatever activities you were able to do before being pregnant (except of course if your a boxer you wouldn't fight while pregnant), and are comfortable doing now. You may have to make some adjustments and you may not feel as strong (as your body is creating another human) but you can adjust and keep going. I did stay away from HIIT training when I was pregnant because based on what I read getting your HR up that high could be risky, but that was it. My OBGYN told me not to lift over 25lbs and I laughed. I told her that was nothing for me and explained my background. Then she went on to say that she thought it was ok for me to do what I was comfortable with, the baby is well protected. I squated 90lbs on baby's due date, mind you that is less than I squated before being pregnant.
