The most effective way to supercharge your metabolism and burn the fat of your body is to gain lean muscle with intense resistance training, free weights lifting.

When you gain lean muscle you will increase your metabolism and your body will burn fat of like crazy.

After doing proper full-body high resistance workouts your body will use the stored fat to repair and grow your muscles.

Also when you do these workouts every calorie you eat will be used to repair and grow the muscles and together with the usage of stored fat this will make you burn your fat of in no time.

Unfortunately most people, especially women don't want to do weight lifting because they don't want to bulk up they say they want to burn fat.

But honestly you will not bulk yourself up. The weight lifting training for burning fat isn't going to bulk you up, it's a whole different approach than when you really want to bulk up.

Unfortunately instead of doing it the proper way a lot of men and women are so desperate about burning fat and therefore keep on falling for those ads for miracle weight loss burns, ab belts and other gimmick.

If you really want to burn the fat of and have lifelong health and a lean body the only way to achieve that is with intense training.

That doesn't mean you have to go to the gym your whole life, no not at all.
As soon as you get the body you want it's enough to maintain it with one day a week and of course eating healthy without any junk food etc.
