So, now that you know the key components that make a fitness program a success, I offer you some sample training sessions.

You can either repeat one of them 2 to 3 times a week or follow them in a cycle. Each workout will

allow you to work on each muscle group while helping to stimulate your metabolic rate.

Be comfortable with these exercises on the machine and when you are ready, you can switch to free weights and significantly expand your workout range.
