Weight loss, Transformation challenge
hoping this article will help motivate others to keep going!! I started in March of this year and have gone from 257 to 200lbs!

My goal was to reach wonderland before my birthday 7/8 but I am extremely satisfied with my progress this far so im not to bummed about being a few lbs shy!

My ultimate goal is 140lbs by march of 2020! I have been working out (mostly strength training) 6-7 days a week and eating in a calorie deficit! I usually average 1200-1400 calories a day! I do jot deprive myself but i am cautious of my portions and sugar intake! in hopes it will encourage others to keep pushing! I have had some weeks where the scale isn’t moving but my body changes! It is so important to recognize those non scale victories!! Don’t get discourage just keep pushing!! Ive been at it a few months and cant believe the results!! Ive have pizza and ice cream and chips and soda I just limit how much! It can be done and this time is my time to reach that goal.
