Weight loss, My body can move instead of being a prisoner :

Weight loss, My body can move instead of being a prisoner
From a dress size 14 to a 4- the comeback is always so much greater than the setbackšŸ˜

Nothing worth having comes easy- I remember waking up every day hating my body, sometimes even hating myself and wondering what it was going to take to make me actually change my habits.

It didn’t make sense to me how food had this much power over me, after all it was just food? But it was more than that. Food isn’t your problem it’s insecurity, self control, discipline, etc. If you wait until you’re ready to make the changes you’ll never make them.

Truth is you’re never going to feel comfortable getting out of your comfort zone. You don’t just wake up one day a different person, like all things in life it takes hard work.

Decide that you don’t want your life to be run by food and bad habits. Decide that you have the power to change and that nothing is going to hold you back. Take it day by day and make yourself and your health a priority even when you don’t want to.
