A simple but effective trick to use when you feel your motivation is dropping is to take a look in your exercise journal and find one of the very first training routines you did. Then for your next training session, do the old routine with exactly the same exercises, sets and reps.



Once you realise how easy it is to do now what was once so hard, you can soon put things into perspective and consequently, your motivation will come flooding back for continued success
