Connecticut-based Michelle, a trainer and boss of muscle-food business Michelle's Magic Morsels, has been bodybuilding for more than a quarter of a century.

She competed in her first shows, the Los Angeles Championships and Russ Warner Classic in 1988 – taking 2nd and 1st Middleweight respectively.
She has consistently presented one of the hardest most balanced physiques in the sport – and is especially known for her phenomenal biceps and incredible vascularity.
Despite being both one of the most popular and most successful female bodybuilders in the world she only gained her 'Pro Card' last year.
She said: “ I'm a young 55 and I will continue as a Pro as long as I can. I love the entertainment part of the sport.”
