In terms of technique, proper form and safety should always be a top priority. This includes using the legs to lift and carry the person, keeping the back straight, and making sure that the person being carried is comfortable and secure.
It's important to note that lift and carry is not a one-size-fits-all activity and that both parties should be comfortable with the activity and have a mutual understanding of the boundaries and limits. It should also be done with proper training, guidance and after a proper warm up.
It's also worth to say that, lift and carry should not be used to objectify or demean women or people of any gender, it should be seen and treated as a form of physical activity.
