Good recovery leads to excellent long-term results. Your muscles need a maximum of 48 hours to recover and that is why you will find in short training sessions without equipment, a day of recovery between your sessions. To recover properly, maintaining your sleep is essential! For this purpose:


- Ventilate your room before sleeping to renew oxygen and regulate the temperature;

- Do not eat too much in the evening to facilitate digestion;

- Avoid exercising after 8pm, as your body needs to lower your body temperature to be able to fall asleep.
