You take too heavy loads :
This is one of the most common training errors: the bar is overloaded, which can cause injury and compromise technique by limiting range of motion and involving muscles other than those to be targeted. Cheated repetitions are counterproductive if they are done at the beginning of the series.
For example, swinging the arms and climbing on tiptoes to perform so-called "cheated" curls deprives the biceps of the effect of the load and reduces their ability to develop.

Okay, at the end of a series, it is okay to do one or two repetitions with the help of a body movement, but it is the repetitions with a good technique that maintain the tension of the muscle.
Solution: ending a difficult series with one or two cheated repetitions is possible, provided it is only episodic. You will only apply this technique to a few repetitions per session or per muscle group, when you are no longer able to perform a full amplitude repetition. Of course, with this kind of technique, maximum attention and concentration must be paid to avoid too poor a performance of the movement that could lead to injury.
