As a woman you won't build bulky muscles. Women do not possess enough testosterone to do so. Not only that, but even men who are natural have to try as hard as possible just to build a moderately muscular physique.
Worrying about this is counter intuitive to building an attractive and athletic physique. Perform resistance training and eat for your goals (lower calories for fat burning, higher calories to build muscle).


There's a difference between man and women. Men has testosterone that helps and easily to reach a body structure while women has progesterone that helps to have a perfect body like boobs,butt and slim body,means u wont get much muscles like men. Maybe u have a question again why other womens having a great body muscle an mass. Coz they eat and take a lot of protein from food and specially to supplements thats why they've got a huge muscles.
