Women face unique challenges in the sport of bodybuilding. One obvious hurdle that all these women face is the lack of easily available information about how to proceed. One of the most important component of any good bodybuilding program is proper female bodybuilding diet. Based upon a decade of study of women in the sport, I've learned what works and what doesn't. The biggest single improvement that you can make to enjoy a good female bodybuilder diet is a change of habit. Stop eating the traditional big three meals each day. Try, instead, eating every three hours. Your body has a constant need for nutrients. Eating only three times a day leaves long time gaps when the body needs food, but doesn't get it. This is more of a disadvantage for women than for men because of men's higher level of testosterone.
