Those of you shredding. How much cardio do you actually do and when. Afternoon ?

Those of you shredding. How much cardio do you actually do and when. Afternoon/evening after food. Or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach?

Shredding or not, your heart is the most important muscle in your body which should be exercised.

Having said that, I'm prepping for a comp right now, do 45 minutes every day (running or rowing). It gets to a point where you really can't lower calories so you need to do cardio.
But it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

Many ppl do cardio and then immediately eat those little bit of calories back so it's important to track your macros.
