Weight loss, I’m fit, healthy, strong and proud !!
Why wait til the new year to make changes? Each day is a new opportunity for change, for inspiration, for motivation.

Each morning is a clean slate to go after what you want. Cross off another item on a list, make a better food choice, do a sit up, something more than yesterday.
The big picture is worth the smallest feats along the way. You might not see it everyday but it’s waiting there for you. Just gotta go for it!


I did it following low carbohydrate diet as recommended by my endocrinologist because I have thyroid disease. I also strength train and do cardio. It took changing the way I eat and changing my lifestyle to achieve something I had never done before.

I’m fit, healthy, strong and proud!!😊👊🏻👊🏻 Progress, not perfection....
