I know a lot of us have been struggling with finding motivation with everything going on right now, and I promise you’re not alone. And it’s okay!

It’s okay to not want to wake up early, workout everyday single day or even eat healthy. It’s a weird time in the morning world and we’re all reacting differently. And however you’re handling it is OKAY! 💖

On the left I started to gain self confidence even though I was at a very heavy weight. Thats when I realize confidence doesnt come from size. Would you believe me if I told you I felt sexier on the left then I did that day in that yellow dress?

I know we are all quarantined and have a lot of time to pick ourselves apart but remember that with all this time, we finally have a second to remember why we love ourselves, why we might want to change, or maybe even stay the same.
