Weight loss, Losing 225 lbs > Gaining 20 lbs
Losing 225 lbs > Gaining 20 lbs. I’m tired of beating myself up for spending the last few months maintaining at 20 lbs higher than my “lowest” weight - a weight I got to while I was taking obesity medication, swapping out real food for a protein shake and constantly dehydrating because I wasn’t drinking enough.


Weight ≠ health and weight ≠ happiness. I’m off the medication, eating and drinking well, enjoying life more and loving myself and that’s the most important thing to me 🥰 I can’t define the best version of myself with a number on the scale.

If I do everything right and get back there, great! If not, so be it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
