I talk about comfort zones a lot and that is because if your living in your comfort zone you are not really living at all. I believe that the other side of your comfort zone is the life you really want.
The life you dreamed of, the body you want, the financial goals you have, ALL OF IT requires you living in this moment and taking ACTION! We only have right now fretting on the past and worrying about the future that doesn’t even exists yet will keep you locked in the life you’ve fabricated for yourself.
So the question is..... are you going to read this article, like it and go back to where you feel warm and comfy? OR are you gonna sit there with yourself, ask yourself the HARD question “what don’t really want for my life?” And start the first step in getting there?
Weightloss is never easy. Success is no accident. It's hard work, sacrifice, perseverance, and learning from your mistakes.
