Fasting two days a week, dedication, work outs, low carbs, no sugar, water and tea only. It's possible, it just takes a while.i have had zero medical procedures done. My depression and anxiety is completely manageable now. My BMI is down from 52% to 26%. My blood pressure is athletic, my hormones are balanced, my triglycerides are normal, cholesterol is down 27 points, my skin looks amazing. Really, weightloss can do so much.
Don't let these fake ads and people on social media discourage you if you have a lot to lose. Most of them were already skinny and while 20 pounds is still great for them, for people like me, extreme weight loss is a fucking beast. It takes so much from you mentally and physically. You are working hard. But the results are worth it.
