Over the past year, I’ve been on a journey that has changed my life and the way I live and feel every day. I was at a point where I felt frustrated, fed up and uncomfortable in both my body and my mind. After getting to this point and realising that the only direction I could look was inward, it took some work for me to eventually understand that I deserved to be a healthy human being living a happy, balanced, fun lifestyle. I stood in front of the mirror, gave myself permission to change and I’ve never looked back since that moment. I was going to start loving myself, finally. I started with implementing basic habits every day that contributed to self love, being consistent with them and having patience with myself.
I learned that not every day is perfect but doing your best with what you have every day is what actually counts. The best part about my journey is that not only did I change physically, but I became a happier, confident, mindful human being internally and that’s a big part of what keeps me going.
Now, I’m studying to become a Health Coach and sharing my learnings from my personal transformation journey in a positive, uplifting and non-judgmental way with a focus on self-love and self-care. Always remember, you were beautiful then, you are beautiful now and you always will be beautiful
