YouTube has great free workouts such as Zuma and more. Just search on phone, tv or whatever you have. Waterbottles and other household items can be used as weights or just doing more work around place such as chopping wood, mowing, vacuuming and more. Stay busy. Also just watch what you eat. Choose healthier options then you normally would and eat less of the junk.
Pick good foods that keep you full so you spend less in the long run on empty calorie snacks. There are many good foods you can get that still are inexpensive especially if you are willing to do the prep work rather than let the store do it for you. You got this. 1 small thing at a time.
