Question
I’m curious... is it better to work out on an empty stomach in the morning OR eat beforehand?

I run on an empty stomach, but if I go to a CrossFit class in the morning I usually have a protein drink (I use a collagen one that isn’t really heavy) about 45 minutes before. I don’t really have an appetite until lunch time, but with strength training I feel I perform better with something in my stomach. I also drink a bang drink or preworkout before working out.
