Do any of you carb cycle? If so how does it work when you work our hard 6 days a week 🤷♀️

Carb cycling is a great strategy not just for weightloss but hormone regulation. Monday and Tuesday are my low carb days normally and I do HIIT on those days to further deplete glycogen. Then I do my strength training the rest of the week with normal carbs and a treat on a heavy leg day. I rest 1-2 days. As women we can overtrain and jack up hormones. As a mom of 4 and older woman I have realized how Important that is.
