Ontario female bodybuilder Coco Kissack looks a muscular picture of health – a muscle woman on top of the world.
But it's taken a hell of a lot of blood, guts and steel (and maybe a few tears) to get to where she is today.
Coco, who started out as a wrestler, muscled-up to hit the bodybuilding stage and is currently prepping for the 2013 Ontario Provincial Championships.
She battled with health problems, divorce, family issues along the way but managed to keep her eyes on the prize.
Her daugher helped keep her going and indeed one of her most cherished bodybuilding memories is flexing those 14.5 inch biceps on stage and hearing a voice shout “you're hot mom!” from the audience.
Right now personal trainer Coco is all about adding more mass before leaning down for the big day.
