Hi there, This is my second time going through a weight loss journey as I struggle quite a bit with my mental health. This time around I started in July 2020 and have had some setbacks due to a herniated disc and a bad relationship but overall I have had some reasonable success!
I am trying to keep my brain in check now 😂 I’d like to lose another 50-60lbs. I am limited in my workouts because of my back but I’ve found a love and appreciate for Apple Fitness videos 😂 I am also crossing off a bucket list item and signed up for my first 5k which will be July 30.
