Weight loss, I’m cheering for you!! it’s your journey
Keep going!  So you “messed up”.   Who cares?  No one’s grading you on this.  This is your life, it’s your journey.  
You do this at your pace.  Consistency is key.  It’s not going to be perfect.  Your going to “mess up” and that’s ok.  Just keep at it.  Stay the course.  You fall down, get back up.  Keep trying.  Don’t overthink it.  Don’t talk negatively to yourself, your listening.  Words are powerful.  Stay positive.  Put in the work and you will get there.
Believe In the power of YOU and that’s where the magic happens! Don’t compare yourself to anyone else.  Comparison is the thief of joy.



The best tips I can give is start with 16/8 window.   Get your window down then worry about eating better.  Drink tons and tons of water. Water is so important in my opinion.  Get moving.  Walking is great exercise or there is a ton of workout videos on you tube.  Find something you enjoy and will stick with.   Get a good nights rest.  Sleep is also an important component.  
Most of my journey is In this group if you search my name.  I didn’t do keto- I ate bread almost everyday while losing.  I didn’t count calories- I have no patience for that.  I ate overall well and lost most of my weight by walking.  I have been maintaining for two years now and maintenance has been the hardest part.
I plan on making the rest of my life, the best of my life!!   Skies the limit!
