It's no secret that everyone wants to look better and attract more women in their life. So here I have provided these tips that will help you to gain muscle faster than ever before

Set goals

Get hold of a journal and make it just for your workouts. The general idea is to create a workout plan with columns with the following headings weight, exercise, reps, and number of sets. So you can plan your workout in advance choose which muscle you want to work out on which days etc. A journal will help you set goals and make farther progress you will kind of get excited to kill the list after you get into it.



Get the correct form

When performing exercises you have not mastered yet you should practice the exercise with a light weight until you mastered the form. So try mastering your form, it will decrease your chance of injury by 59 percent. So with correct form you will feel the difference and feel your muscle really contracting.

Sleep the muscle on

Your body is the most amazing machine you will ever know but for this amazing machine to perform its tasks correctly you will have to rest it. What's does this got to do with my muscles? You might ask. Well while you sleep your muscle regenerate and repair growing them larger and stronger than before. If you have the correct sleeping period of 8 - 10 hours a day you will have enough energy to fill full your workouts sessions.
