Weight Loss Transformation: One Year Apart, 78 Pounds Difference

Hi, everyone. A year ago, I was 78 pounds heavier than I am today. Looking at these two photos side by side, it’s incredible to think about the journey I’ve been on—and the strength I’ve discovered along the way.

I want to share what this transformation has meant to me because it’s more than just a physical change. Losing weight has been about reclaiming my health, my confidence, and my life. There were days when progress felt slow and moments when I doubted myself, but consistency and patience kept me going.

It wasn’t just about diet or exercise—it was about changing my mindset. I learned to show up for myself every single day. Some days, that meant lacing up my sneakers for a walk or lifting weights. Other days, it meant giving myself grace and taking time to rest.
