Current weight: 155 lbs
Goal weight: 145 lbs
I’m down 75 pounds, and seeing that finish line get closer is surreal. It's been an emotional rollercoaster of ups, downs, and plateaus, but each step has brought me closer to feeling like the best version of myself.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Patience and consistency always pay off. Some days were tougher than others, especially when progress slowed. There were moments I doubted myself, but instead of giving up, I kept moving forward — one meal, one workout, one day at a time.
I still have 10 pounds to go to reach my goal, but I’m also focusing on the non-scale victories: better health, more energy, and being proud of how far I’ve come.
If you’re on your own journey, just remember — progress, no matter how slow, is progress. Celebrate it! You’ve got this, and so do I. Let’s keep going together!
