What would a typical workout week look like for y’all ?

What would a typical workout week look like for y’all ?

What would a typical workout week look like for y’all ?

Mon Push:
Squat, Leg extension
Overhead Press, Incline Bench, Tricep for strength.... then a cardio workout involving those movements like thrusters and wall balls


Wed Pull: Deadlift, hamstring curl
Bent over row, lat pull down, pull ups, Abs
Cardio workout involving those movements like rowing machine, burpees

Friday: Basketball or chasing the kids while training them

I'm not a body builder so I don't do traditional splits. I always incorporate upper and lower body in a day
