How many miles should I aim to run each day?

It’s definitely different for everyone. When I was younger I ran 5 miles, 3 days a week. Now in my 40s I run 2.5-3 miles two days a week because that’s about all my joints can handle. But I added in light arm weights and yoga five days a week.
Run only if your in a sport. Otherwise hi-intensity interval and weight training will give you your results and or calorie burn faster.
