Three Actions to Take Before Starting a Female Bodybuilder's Diet :

Are you a female bodybuilder, about to prepare for your one of your first times on stage? If so, you may have heard that the precontest dieting can be grueling and challenging, and many aspiring female bodybuilders simply cannot maintain the discipline.

Here are three quick things you can do to reduce the odds of failing when you start a typical precontest female bodybuilder's diet:

- Get your home ready BEFORE you begin your contest diet! This means that you should have lots of food storage containers for when you cook your healthy foods in bulk. Also, get rid of junk food or other foods which might set you back from reaching your goals; and have the right spices or other condiments which are approved for a beginning female bodybuilding diet



- Get rid of "junk food reminders" around the house! Place those pictures on the refrigerator of you eating birthday cake or drinking cocktails, celebrating your friend's birthday, to some other location where you won't be as tempted!

- Place a visual reminder of your goals which you will see often. For example, copy and paste an image of your head on the body you believe that you realistically can achieve in the next 12-16 weeks. If you have a deep motivation for your contest (such as dedicating your training to a charitable cause or to a family member who is ill) then add some visual reminder as to why you are doing this contest diet. Place the reminder somewhere like your refrigerator, your front door, on your computer, or on the mirror so that you see it often

Start with these three tips before you begin a contest diet, and you will increase the odds of success even as you have that last cheat meal the night before your contest diet begins. These tips will come in handy, especially if get tempted to cheat on your diet around Week 9!
