Female bodybuilders have always been an enigma in our society. In the past, they were often maligned and ridiculed, but in recent years they have begun to be more accepted by the mainstream. As our society has become more accepting of different body types, female bodybuilders have become more popular. They are now seen as strong, independent women who are comfortable in their own skin.
A good bodybuilder is the one with a good grasp of bodybuilding, its purpose, and the principles upon which it is based. The female bodybuilder, in particular, must be able to display her assets in the most favorable light while providing an inspiring, motivating, and challenging example for other women.
Female bodybuilders are often associated with huge muscles and massive physiques. However, many women in the sport are actually of average size. The average height of a female bodybuilder is 5’4” and the average weight is 140 pounds. Most women bodybuilders don’t use steroids, but some do.
She was huge! Not just tall, not just athletic, but huge. She had muscles on top of muscles, and her biceps were as big as my head. She was the kind of woman who made you feel small and weak just by looking at her.
