How do all of you incorporate your Apple Watch into your fitness lifestyle? I don’t really like the feeling of wearing a watch so I have avoided it but curious how you are using it to track and stay motivated?

First, I customized the watch. I found a few bands that I love and are comfortable to wear.
Second, I just started watching my steps that it tracks and recording workouts.
Now I have my rings set which is a great goal to close them 5 days per week. I take two rest days, but do try to walk those days.

The app my coach uses has an Apple Watch app so I can record sets and it also keeps track of my heart rate and calories burned -I don’t fully trust the heart rate or cal expenditure BUT I do try to make sure each split day is close each week-so more for consistency than accuracy
