Every time I start a diet I fail , how I can continue?

By not dieting. I'm a firm believer in that diets are meant to fail. DIEit. I'm down 35 lbs by eating what I crave. I just move my body more, take my vitamins and water, and watch portions. Yes this includes fast food, occasionally drinking, snacks, etc. I make it fit.

By making a lifestyle change, not start a diet. And you have to plan and follow and plan and follow, etc. Start with a notebook. Make a contract with yourself in writing. Set your first short goal. Write out your meal plan for the week, your snacks for the week. Shop to the plan. Break out your portions. Read the packages so the calories match the portions. Move a little. (Stay away from fast food and take out) Make a little note each day. And keep going. Celebrate each little victory. At the end of the year when you go back and read your book - you will be so proud of yourself.
