She logs all of her exercises for awareness of muscle group training frequency and does cable work for fine-tuning after her main lifts, because they provide a different type of tension compared to weight lifting.

Cable exercises provide full tension through the entire range of motion, allowing better mind-muscle connection and more time under tension in order for those muscles to get the stimulation they need to grow!
