My personal experience in weight loss, It doesn't happen overnight !
I just want you to know that you can.

You can do this.

You CAN make better food choices.

You CAN get up and get moving.

You CAN ditch your emotional dependency on food and find healthier coping mechanisms.

You CAN build yourself up, you CAN reinvent yourself to be who you know you truly are.

I did this, you can too.

I traded fast food, candy bars and junk for balanced whole food meals.

I stopped using food as an excuse to relax and deal with my depression.

I started using the gym as my way to sort through my anxiety and use it as a positive source.


I started believing in myself after years of failed diets.

It is possible. You just have to be willing to do the work.

It doesn’t happen over night, but it’s worth it. Every day small sustainable changes over time.

There is 4.5 years between these two photos. 4.5 years of ups and downs, but always getting back up when I was down.

4.5 years of rebuilding my relationship with food and myself. 4.5 years of building my mind and body strong.

No drugs. No surgery. Just determination to change my life for the better.
