When you guys do DB rows, do you pause the weight on the floor each time or do it in a fluid motion?

Important points: Full range of motion is key, not touching floor. Hitting the floor to get a rebound effect to assist with lift is not only BAD gym etiquite and bad on teh equipment, but, most important, bad form. If you need this cheat then you have too much weight. If you are touching the floor you might also be bobbing at the waist, poor form, get someone to spot for observation of form or video.
