How do I get 200+ grams of protein in a day without my calorie intake going through the roof? I'm only doing 1500 calories a day, but need more protein

Your overweight and should base protein on lean mass.I am not picking on your weight but if your lean mass is 150 to 160 start there no one has suggested macros for you dont don’t know how tall you are but I bet you would loose weigth if you set your protein at 170 fat 60 and Balance carb aim for 2200 calories if your fairly active and lifting 5 days and getting at least 30 mins cardio daily.. you made the comment your eating a ton of chicken protein bars and whey. If you are you should hit protein easy. BUT you have to track every fuckin gram of food that goes in your piehole pie hole period. I am 60 yr old 5-10 and cutting diet calories are 2100-2200: 170p 65f balance carbs. So your starving yourself for no good reason. eat protein in 5 balanced meals lastly said this previously buy a copy of BLS. If you can afford some coaching get one I did and thats that’s when I really progress after beating my head for 3 years.
