It’s not just about losing weight
When I was 300 pounds, EVERYTHING was uncomfortable. Walking, standing, working, sleeping, SITTING UPRIGHT... like in this picture!!!

I remember times I’d be sitting in class and dropping a pencil and knowing there was no point in trying to get it because there was NO WAY I’d be able to reach it with this belly in the way! I see pictures of myself like the one on the right NOW, and I’m shocked I’m able to move and bend the way I can now! I cross my legs when I sit down now BECAUSE I CAN💁🏼‍♀️😂


Sometimes when I’m driving I even put my foot up on the seat and there’s room! I remember all the times my thighs were so close to the wheel I thought “if I get any bigger, I literally will not be able to fit in the driver’s seat😳”.

It’s not just about losing weight. My fitness journey was my version of fighting for myself. I didn’t know what would happen...I just knew I had to work harder than I ever had before. With a few pounds lost and many workouts later...I’m living out my dreams. Fitness is about more than working out. Show yourself how strong you really are. The best version of YOU 💪🏼
