Carbs are very important to supply the energy your body needs. To figure out how many carbs you should consume on a daily basis, multiply the lean body mass of your body by 0.8 and the result is the total amount of carbs in grams that your body needs.



Remember that since getting toned abs has something to do with losing fats, you must only consume the foods with low carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes.
