Do not believe that heavy weights bulk you up, and that light weights are necessary for toning. This is a myth, using heavy weights will stress out your muscles, causing your thighs to tighten, giving you the firm look you desire. As long as you keep your calorie intake down, you need not worry about your legs growing to bodybuilder proportions. Use the above thigh toning exercises, along with various others that tickle your fancy, and soon you will be the subject of wolf whistles from the opposite sex!
