I started with really small changes, and the small changes really added up, I started exercising, and eventually did IIFYM

I stared making small changes, and they all added up! I also started to exercise and eventually started tracking my macros
Lol after I lost weight I had skin removal surgery aka a tummy tuck! It was a long battle whether to get it or not but I am sooo happy I did. My scar still is visible but it reminds me of how far I’ve come!
